Rock Band Workshop!!!
Meet New Friends!
Learn to play with other Musicians!
Perform in a concert for Friends and Family!
In this class you will learn how to:
- Set up for your performance
- Understand and use your gear properly
- Follow song charts
- Back up a singer (or lead the band if you are the singer)
- Adjust to proper playing volume
- Develop stage presence
- Start and end songs properly
- Follow signals on stage
- Play with dynamics
- Work as a team
- Play with a group (in sync)
All rehearsals are coached by ASOM instructors.
Equipment supplied includes amplifiers, drum set, PA system and microphones.
You will bring your own guitars, basses, tuners, drum sticks, cables, guitar straps, etc.
Ages 9 and up with some playing experience (check with teacher).
Students will be grouped with players of similar age and level. Adults welcome!
Final performance will be a fully produced show complete with PA, monitors, lights, and soundman!
